I'm Back!

I had a fantastic time on my very first WDW trip. Saw all four parks, Typhoon Lagoon, DTD, and even got to ride in front on the monorail. Oh, and the weather was fantastic. It was boiling hot all week! Or maybe I'm just not used to warm weather!! I got myself a Mickey head/Canadian flag pin from Epcot but I dropped it and it chipped - might have to ask someone to get me a new one!!!

Well I thought I'd write a short trip report but then it turned into a long trip report..... made me smile at all the great memories. It's so hard to be back at school/work. I've posted my report over at:

I actually got a healthy tan! No more winter paleness for me.

When am I going back? Not for quite a while, I imagine Maybe I can convince my BF to agree to a honeymoon there, a couple of years from now when I finish law school... he's pretty non-Disney. As much as I loved WDW I'd really like to go to Universal and Sea World. Passed by SW and thought their Kraken coaster looked amazing!!!

Now I'm jealous of everyone who is going soon

Welcome back! I enjoyed reading your trip report. And no, it wasn't too long...I enjoyed every word of it!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed Typhoon Lagoon. Floating in the inner tube around and around is the best thing I can imagine doing right about now.

At least the weather has been sunny and somewhat warm in Vancouver this week. Hopefully it made coming back a little easier.

If you like udon noodles, you might want to try Hananoki Cafe's tempura udon noodle bowl. Simply delish! This place is in Richmond, in Terra Nova plaza. Since you won't be going to Yakitori at Epcot for a while, you might want to wander to Richmond to get your udon fix!!!

I stuck with the good old alma mater - UBC for law. And it's just first year for me.... so I haven't sued anyone yet

I do mostly real estate so no court rooms for me although I did enjoy (?) doing the first year moot. Terrifying but fun. Did a moot second year as well just for fun but have no real interest in litigation I'm afraid.
