Great reviews. Thanks for taking the time to post.

Yep, that's what I meant. Pirate/Picnic sound the same right??:lmao:
I will have to try one.

hehe, yeah! def give it a try!

Great update. Can't wait for the next installment.

thanks!

Believe it or not I also read it as PIRATE'S PUNCH! I thought maybe it was being called that for some reason because of the P&P Parties! :lmao: Sounds good though that glowtini looks wonderful.

I am enjoying your review! :thumbsup2

hehe, too funny! and yes, all the drinks were fab!

Hey I remember your reviews from your last trip!!! Great reviews!!! love your review of Tutto!!! One of my favorite places!!!! can't wait to eat there again in a couple weeks :)

Great reviews! Your brothers are cracking me up with their homemade spiked drinks! I am picturing them walking around with a million little airplane bottles of alcohol!

What filling is in the mickey ravioli in Cher Mickeys :confused3 ????? We've only ever been for breakfast - just wondering if our kids would enjoy the ravioli - may do lunch or dinner next time round :wizard:

thanks! the filling of the mickey ravioli was regular cheese. definitely kid friendly

Ain't nothing wrong with an "alcohol-heavy" installment! It's all good!:thumbsup2

hehe, thanks! glad you enjoy :)

I think the food pics I take on our upcoming trip will strangely resemble yours (heavy on the booze :drinking1 )

You're pics are keeping my Disney hunger satisfied, whether it be for food or drinks!

Main Street Bakery, breakfast, 8.18.08

Ah yes, back to one of my favorite places! Although, if I remember correctly, I don't think I got anything this time! Because we had lunch scheduled at 12:25, and we went to the bakery around 10:30. Hmm...yeah, I only see 3 things in the pictures, I must have just had my banana

Anyway, so we did rope drop at MK at 9, then Stephen and I hit Toontown for the rope drop there at 9:45, then we all met up at the Bakery for some yummy breakfast!

As usual, my mom got the ham/egg/cheese croissant, and as usual, she loved it.

Chris went for the humongous Cinnamon Roll. And yes, somehow, he managed to finish it! He thought it was great.
pic662.jpg

Once again, Stephen went for the French Toast Loaf. I have taught him well :thumbsup2
pic660.jpg

Here's a pic of the whole spread...I guess someone got an OJ and a milk too. I don't remember, I'm sure they were delicious ;)
pic656.jpg

This place never ceases to go over well. It's got delicious pastries, etc. Good stuff. You can't go wrong!

next up: lunch @ the Plaza

Yum, yum - main street bakery. I love those ham, egg & cheese croissants. I have never been able to finish a cinnamon bun from there - they are mahoosive :rotfl:

Marcia, do you know if anything at Main Street Bakery counts as a CS meal? Trying to use up and extra CS on my trip.

Thanks, Karen

i have no idea. we weren't on the dining plan, sorry!

Yum. I want one of those croissants right now.

mmm mmm good, at least according to my mom!

The Plaza, lunch, 8.18.08

Oh how I love the Plaza! It's just such a quiet little place, perfect for sandwiches, soups, salads, and ice cream! We had an ADR for lunch here at 12:25, and we were seated right around then. The soup of the day was tomato bisque, and my mom ordered it. She liked it a lot
pic667.jpg

I of course ordered the vegetarian chili, as I love it so much! I know I've said it before, but I think it's the same chili they have at Columbia Harbour House. Which I also love! Buuuut, it has olives in it, and I hate those, so I pick them out.
pic669.jpg

I remember that the boys split the Philly Cheesesteak, but my photos tell me otherwise. Hmm, it looks like they each got their own? Or maybe this is split? Ah, I see it better now. They got one, and got the peppers and onions on the side, since Chris wanted them but Stephen didn't. Here, the sandwich
pic670.jpg

And a better look at the veggies for Chris
pic671.jpg

They were both pleased. They didn't want too much, as they had had a big breakfast, so it was perfect that they split it. And Chris was thrilled that he got all the peppers and onions. Good stuff.

So my mom was also still full from breakfast, so she got just a side salad with her soup. She liked it.
pic672.jpg

And I ordered one of my favorite salads ever, the Chicken and Strawberry Salad. This is so so good! I love it!
pic673.jpg

Now, none of us wanted to get a big dessert, but my mom wanted a little something. So the waiter told her she could get a kid's sundae...perfect! She enjoyed it very much.
pic674.jpg

pic675.jpg

So overall, we were all very pleased. It's such a nice little place. Nothing blow you over or anything, but it's great for what it is!

Later I went to Epcot. And got an Italian Margarita. Yummy!
pic682.jpg

This kinda counts as food...Miyuki!!! I got a frog! Yay! I was so surprised she picked me, it was awesome!!!
pic723.jpg

pic735.jpg

Oh, and then I picked up some wine for my mom and a grey goose slushie for me from France, to enjoy during the British Invasion.
pic743.jpg

next up: dinner @ Fulton's

One of these days, I'll get around to trying the Plaza. Love the booze pics too. Thanks.

OOOOh I love the tomato bisque soup!!!! YUM!!

Your frog candy is so cute!

Oh Wow - that salad of yours did looked scrumptious! I just may have to get over to The Plaza one of these days; never been before!

Congrats on the being picked by the Candy Lady! That's quite an honor!

In all of my trips to Disney, I have never seen the Candy Lady :sad2: That frog looks really cool :cool1:

Plaza is a great little hidden spot :thumbsup2

Can't wait to hear about Fulton's, I've never been there.
