Hi. Did you use their complimentary shuttle service at all? If yes, can you provide insights/tips?

It says on the hotel's website that guests need to reserve seats on the shuttle the day before. This makes me wonder... do they run out of seats? We're not renting a car. Will be relying entirely on the shuttles (as we have done when we stayed onsite at Disney hotels).

Also, how were the kidsuites? We have 10 people (5 adults, 5 kids) staying in 2 2-bedroom kidsuites.

We did not use their shuttle service. We were only there one night...the night before starting our package at Universal.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and had plenty of space..however...we only had 2 adults, 16 y/o, 9y/o and a 22mo old. Anymore than that and it would've been too crowded.

Stayed here in April and we really did love it! Kids (7 & 9) want to go back again. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pools are incredible. Shows poolside super fun. Shows at nite okay. The character breakfast you can book at the information desk at the "mall" or call the hotel and book in advance. I agree 100 percent with the previous poster...it was definitely worth doing, but they did not have control over the characters who were wondering around and getting pulled in different directions. Overall great value at this hotel for the $. Will go back, but not for the entire trip...will split with HRH or the Swan. I still need that "resort" feel!

We'll be there in 5 days. Can't wait to see how it goes. We're only staying for two nights before we move on to GF and HRH but I have a feeling my kids are going to love the pool and the "Nick" activities. I'll let you know when we get back.

We are staying there next May. The best rate I have found so far is $174. Please let me know if anyone finds a better rate. We are renting a pool home for the first 11 days of our vacation and staying at the nick hotel for the last 2 days, at the children's request. TIA!

Just wondering if they have themed toiletries at all?

We're staying there over Halloween and I usually pack Disney toiletries for the kids (including Princess toothpaste and toothbrushes).

Hi - we are staying for one night 12/4 (sunday). If applicable for our stay, I'd love the info. So far we only got a low of $160 with AAA.
