Red Sox tickets go on sale in 25 minutes. I'm going to try to get through on TicketMaster.com. I'd have better luck finding something with Snoopy on it at the Disney Store

I would totally call if I were you at the same time. I did that last year trying to get DMB tickets and got awesome tickets over the phone. It's so much easier on the phone. The website gets very backed up.

There were actually people camped out last night on Landsdowne St. They had a little makeshift tent community set up. Did not look like any fun at all.

I knew getting through was a longshot. But all is not lost, we will be going to NYC in September to see the Sox at Yankee Stadium. Tickets were only $8.00! And there's always eBay...

Bummer!! I don't know much about ticket pre-sales, but when I lived in Boston, you could usually walk up to the ticket counter before a game and get bleacher seats, at the very least. Do they now pre-sell EVERY ticket to the games?

Sox tickets are VERY hard to get now. If you want Yankees tickets, forget it. The Dodgers are making their FIRST EVER trip to Boston and those will go fast.

They do something that is so stupid.... if you are a season ticket holder you can buy tickets before the general public. What's the point? Every ticket broker in New England has season tickets, so guess where those tickets go? I think it's ridiculous.

My last chance short of eBay is when the seats on the Green Monster and the new right field roof seats go on sale. Maybe I'll go in town that day.

I went back to the Red Sox website today and I was able to get a single ticket for the first Red Sox-Dodgers game at Fenway Park. I'm surprised that there were any left; but I have to go alone I can't wait to go... it's kind of historic I guess. I just hope it's not 700 degrees. Being that it's June 11 it should be okay.
