I'm a newbie, so can I get a little help?

I will be traveling On January 2, 2016 on Disney Fantasy with my 2 grown children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. I'm trying to find out how to sign the grandchildren up for the Fish Extender program, can I get some advise or a link to where I need to go?
