I'm a little confused...

I have used fast pass many times, but when we were there during Easter break, the fast passes ran out!

Besides being a busy time, what are some of the secrets of fast pass? Does anyone want to share this secret information with me?

Actually, the only "secret info" is...make sure you get there early in peak season.

They do run out on popular attractions and during busy times. The problem is as more and more people grab them, the return window gets further and further out until they have reached park closing time.

I'll give you my tip: Always have a FP in your pocket. Even when lines are small, grab a FP and go hit some other attractions.

Also, TourGuideMike has some really good tips. His FP tricks and recommendations alone are worth the 20 bucks.

Generally, no. There are a couple of exceptions. Some FP machines spit out an extra or surprise FP. For example, Test Track used to give you a FP for TT and then another for Honey I Shrunk the Audience. Not sure if that still happens. Also, there have been some quirks in the system in the past. For example, you used to be able to get a second FP right away after getting one from the Jungle Cruise (or maybe it was the Haunted Mansion). Not sure if that still happens.

But for the most part, you cannot get another FP until you are in your FP window. So, if your return window is 9:40-10:40, you can get another FP at 9:40 even if you haven't used to first.
