I'm a little confused about WP's

Well for years and years I have wanted to go to DTD for the CW and AC, but I'm usually the only adult in the party and my DDs were pretty young (based on opinions on this board). I have made the decision to try it this year. We are going to the 1st seating at CW and then heading over to AC, after that we want to try WP (thanks to dansyr's reviews).

There are 3 menus for WP, are there 3 separate restaurants? I think the huge menu goes to the upstairs restaurant which is more upscale, am I right? Do they take PS's? Then I think there is the Cafe, the smaller menu, and then the Express, is there a place to sit for the Express or is it like a window where you place your order and then try to find seating around DTD?

I like the bigger menu the best but my DD's are not going to appreciate a longer drawn out dinner, if that would be the case I would be better off with one of the other two.

Your opinions please.

The most extensive menu belongs to the cafe which is downstairs. We haven't eaten at the Express. We prefer the cafe downstairs to the dining room upstairs in part because of the long menu. It's also much less expensive and we've had great service downstairs, too.
