We will be at WDW Sunday Dec 7- Sunday Dec. 14 and was wanting to get your opinions on anything that would make our first experience with Illuminations one to remember.

As I said we've never seen Illuminations before--is it really as good as they say it is??

Ideally we would like to see this the night of Friday December12th as we have a priority seating at the Garden Grille at 7:00pm and thought this would give us enough time to eat before Illuminations starts.

I would especially like to hear any of your opinions on where would be the best viewing location for our family of 5 to watch this. Are there any special hidden or out of the way places that alot of people don't know about or is just about anywhere OK to see this? We will have my 75 yr old parents with us so something close to the Garden Grille after we finish eating with a good view would be ideal.

We were thinking of possibly making a half day of this park for that day and maybe going to see the Living Seas before we eat ---Anything else in that area you would suggest? The last time we were at Epcot the only thing we got time to do was WS--did we really miss all the other areas and maybe this time we should just focus on all the areas besides WS.

Also is The Living Seas worth it. Our DD who is 6 is fascinated with the ocean and fish etc. will she like this??

I'm thinking maybe this time with my parents age and since we did'nt see much of the front of the park that we should just focus there-- Would we have a good time doing this or should we just go for the Living Seas, dinner at the Garden Grille and Illuminations? Thanks to all and sorry this is so long.:D

This is a DO NOT Miss Event.

One thing cool is to try and get Dinner reservations at Rose & Crown around 7 to 7:30 and ask for outside seating. This is on a luck basis. We have done this several times and the view is outstanding.

No matter where you stand around Lagoon the Spectale is great. You will come away saying I wonder how it would be here or there. But all places are good.

If it is your first time I would go towards the middle as you enter World Showcase as this is really cool. But again no matter where you will enjoy. Hope this helps!
