Illuminations CD

On my last trip to WDW, I bought the Illuminations/Tapestry CD.

Now I am home, and have played it for the first time, but I am having trouble relating the tracks on the CD, to what I heard in the park. Can anyone help?

Track 1 Reflections of Earth
No trouble with this, This is the main music from the first part of Illuminations, except that the voiceover introduction right at the start is missing.

Track 2 We Go On

I recognise this too, especially the climax at the end, but is this the climax from the first part (before the globe sequence) or from the very end?

Tapestry of Dreams/Tapestry of Nations

I recognise these as daytime parade music from previous visits with additional voicovers. This music is now being played as exit music, after the end of Epcot Illuminations.

Track 4 Promise

This is a longer version of We Go On. Is this the music played as the globe moves across the lake?

Can anyone tell me the actual running order of these tracks at Illuminations?

I am pretty sure the longer version (track 4) is played after everything is over.. as guests exit..sort of like music that plays as the credits roll up in a movie. It's magical, I love it.

Track 2 We Go On
This is the climax of the show. When the globe opens then explodes

Track 3 Tapestry of Dreams/Tapestry of Nations
Tapestry of Dreams was the makeover of the original Tapestry of Nations parade. The original didnt have voice overs which was added when the parade changed to tapestry of dreams

Track 4 Promise
This is a longer modified version of we go on. This is the music played as you leave Epcot after Illuminations has finished.

I am listening to Promise right now on live365..SpaceMountain_UK is correct ,it is both and again Promise is played as guest exit. It is as always giving goosebumps!!

The sequence you would have heard in the park, when TOD was still running, was:

3, 1, 2, 4

The TOD parade was held earlier in the evening--twice on most days. Tracks 1 and 2 make up the Illuminations show itself, and track 4 would play as guests departed the park after Illuminations.

Speaking of Live365, I've heard one of the WDW stations on there actually play all of the Illuminations pre-show music, which is not on the CD mentioned here. I couldn't have identified any of the pre-show music for the life of me, but hearing it in that context it started to jar some memories.
