Illuminations and Happily Ever After Cruises - Find One To Share

I assume they drop you back at the Marina, what is the best way to get back to your resort if you're not staying in the EPCOT area? (Animal Kingdom Lodge or Coronado Springs).

You can be dropped off at any open dock, Epcot, BoardWalk, Swan/Dolphin, Hollywood, and Yacht Club. Hollywood Studio is the best, but some nights its already closed. Epcot would be next best. At these two, you can catch a direct bus from park to resort with least stops. At the resorts, you would have to take a bus to a park or, TTC, or DD and transfer. Of course, the fastest would be a cab ride from any resort.

We did the Illuminations Cruise about 4 years ago and there was clearly an expectation that we tip the boat pilot. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of cash on me and tipped what I suspect was below his expectations. What is the polite thing to do? How much would you tip?

There are 6 of us in Disney between July 31st and August 11th (with the exception of the 5th) if anyone has space for us? We'd bring cash of course to cover our share The youngest is 12 and she's seen the show easily 50 times so she wouldn't make much noise

We did a Wishes cruise about 3 years ago and my DH and I tipped $20.00. I know another couple did the same, but I don't know what the other couples tipped. We're still looking for an Illuminations for 9/25 for 4 adults. Anyone have any openings?

No, they can order food and/or drink and pay for it themselves, the most important thing is they tell Private Dining who's name the boat is under, just so the cruise drivers know which boat to put it on. It will be very confusing if a food or drink order arrives for the "Jones" party, and none of the 6 boats are booked for the Jones party.
