I think WDW should have traffic cops in the parks. When we walk, we walk on the far right. If we need to consult a map we pull over to the side, We don't walk and try to read a map at the same time. Is it necessary to come down the road 5 strollers abreast? If you were diving would you drive down the wrong side? Then why walk down the wrong side? Maybe we need that solid yellow line down the middle of a walkway:confused:

Maybe it's just me, but this trip in particular, I found people to be in the "Get out of my way or else." mode. Any recent visitors agree with me?

LOL, that sounds like a job for me. :teeth:

We were there in October and noticed walking to be a bit crazy, but it was also very crowded. It also seems that there are lots of people just not paying attention to where they are going, but that may be because they are in aw of what they are looking at.

This trip I did get pushed out of the way in a store at Downtown Disney and had my foot run over by one man with a stoller (it was an accident and he apologized), but it didn't seem to be too much worse than usual. Some people just need to be a bit more considerate when at WDW. I'm starting to think I'm invisible, LOL! :teeth:

Hmmmm......It isn't the wrong side for everyone!

I too noticed this A LOT!!!!! And they would just STOP right in front of me!!!!!! I found myself moving out of people's way a lot and I wasn't even the one in the way. And people would cut right in front of me as they were walking and not say excuse me. I finally said, out loud to someone that did that, EXCUSE YOU!!!!

Good for you, Chris. We just kept muttering under our breath.

Maybe all those left side walkers are from the UK.;)

You want to turn invisible? Just sit in a wheelchair. I hope that I wasn't that oblivious to anybody as people have been to us since DH's had to use the chair.:(

No flames here, my friend! :) :) :)

SSB even jumped over a fence at one point to get around a confused parade crowd who couldn't seem to figure out how to "move" in the "you must keep moving" walkway area.... HAHA!

Good to have met you, Ms. ILUVDXL !!!!

:) :) :)

Er, um... hope that SSB was standing in your way, or sumpin'... ;)

That annoys me too! But when we go to the parks it's always in January, so it's not real crowded then so we don't usually have too much of a problem in that area. It does bother me when people stop in the walkway to look at their map. Pull over to the side people!! :D

I can personally say that those new hard plastic strollers hurt just as much as the old ones when people slam into you with them. :)

I don't think it's really gotten any worse. I think WDW is just a place where people sorta turn back into kids and lose track of where they are and what they are doing at times. :)
