echoing that - I was a premie - 2lbs 10oz Way back when....Sound like the dr's are watching both mama and baby carefully - Stacey, thanks for taking the time to keep us posted. I know you're busy with Ronan and anxious about Megan and the baby...

Wow...that's tiny! After Ronan weighing 10 pounds, we won't know what to do with one smaller than that.

We're taking bets on the weight of this one. He still won't be anywhere near tiny....probably 7lbs....or maybe even 8....hard to tell. But the doctor says he has looong legs!

Had to cruise by for baby updates. Guess there will be more news on Wednesday. Sorry to hear you are still hurting, Stacey.

Mary, sounds like good news. How often are you planning Hawaii? I was thinking enough points for a studio every three years, but didn't go there. No more expenses for me, but maybe we can get it some day at 7 months out. Looks really nice!

Another check in. We thought Ronan had roseola, but turns out it's Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. A virus that's contagious and will keep him from being able to visit his mama in the hospital. But we have a plan in order, so it'll work out.

I saw my brother's hand surgeon today and he injected my wrist with cortisone, and for the time being, it hurts more than it did even right after I fell. Monstrous pain....but I've had cortisone before and I know it hurts for a day or so and then helps a lot. So I'm good. The doctor said if that doesn't help, then he'll do an MRI. I see him again in 3 weeks.

Megan feels crappy. Her headaches are miserable, but her blood pressure wasn't too terribly high. Wednesday can't come soon enough.

Which is much better than damaging the actual tendon. But I think if the shot doesn't work and he does the MRI, then he must be going to look at the tendon itself. Right?

Definitely heading into the countdown now. I'm a nervous Mom but nowhere near as nervous as Megan is. I just wish they were doing it in the morning, she'll have herself worked into a frenzy by early evening.

He still may be looking at the sheath - it can get inflamed and any movement can cause pain as the tendon moves within the sheath...

I find myself wondering today if the shot was a good idea. It's stiff and sore even on the top of my hand and through the fingers. Oh well.

Tell Kristin "no babies".....it's too hard on us old grandparents!

Sept. 29th - we'll think about it....Since it is hurricane season, and we cannot count on leaving town, we may have to be last minute add-ons....
