Il Mulino with multiple food allergies?

Does anyone have any experience with multiple allergies here? Would love to hear about it if so!

Oh yes! And it was divine!

My restrictions at the time were gluten, dairy, egg, peanut & several individual fruits &vegetables (we figured out fomaps later)

The Chef contacted me by phone after I made the reservation (which Disney Chefs don't usually do) and asked me if I wanted anything special. The menu already had several items that needed little to no mods so I just ordered what I felt like when I got there. I had the beef carpaccio & GF pasta with clams. Fantastic. Can't wait to go back.
