My restrictions at the time were gluten, dairy, egg, peanut & several individual fruits &vegetables (we figured out fomaps later)
The Chef contacted me by phone after I made the reservation (which Disney Chefs don't usually do) and asked me if I wanted anything special. The menu already had several items that needed little to no mods so I just ordered what I felt like when I got there. I had the beef carpaccio & GF pasta with clams. Fantastic. Can't wait to go back.
