So I went and said goodbye to my sister's house. She is moving to her new apartment next week, very close to her son and grandchildren, so that is good.
The sad part is putting her dog to sleep on Monday

I have the ashes of my parent's dog in my trunk; I am taking him to be buried in NJ.

But life must go on! I will be away from the computer from tomorrow afternoon until around August 16th, I will probably have terrible withdrawal.

Maybe one of my nephews will have a laptop with them

Sorry about the dog. I can't imagine that time. I had to put my last dog to sleep 26 years ago and it was so awful, I couldn't have another for 2.5 decades.
