OK guys, this is my final post before we head out for Disneyland. Try not to get snowed in, eaten by dancing lobsters, thrown in jail for the murder of poor-performing computers, etc.

Have a great trip, Pakey!!!!

I'd love to walk the ground that Walt walked on. :) (Just read another book on Walt -- what a genius!)

Have fun Pakey! So far we only have had rain, thank goodness. Tomorrow night might bring snow, I really hope it doesn't. We have tickets to see Celtic Woman at Radio City Music Hall Saturday night, I don't want to worry about driving into the city in the snow :scared1:

Morning all! Hope Pakey is having a wonderful time and the weather is better than was previously predicted.

Snow on the way here too. Calling for 6-12 inches. Ugggh. I'm so done with the snow. Snap, other than getting out of your neighborhood, I wouldn't worry too much about Saturday night. The City never looks like it has snowed. They do a fantastic job of getting rid of it quickly. Have a great time at the show!

Geez, we're getting more snow tonight and tomorrow too. Our piles were finally starting to sink just a little lower and now reinforcement snowflakes are on the way. Enough already!

I wanna be where Pakey is - rain or no rain. Heck, who am fooling... snow or no snow! :cool2:

You can tell people have finally had their fill too. Last night, there were still good movies left at Blockbuster, and lots of bread, milk, TP, and Diet Coke left at Walmart despite the impending dumping. Any other time, those would disappear off the shelves at the mere mention of a snowflake... :confused3

I have to be truthful, I'm afraid to open them. You have no idea how bad my lobster phobia is. If I were to see a real picture of one, I'd have to leave work, go home, crawl under the covers.

...go ahead - you'll like it...:rolleyes1

I am going to close all my blinds and ignore the freakin SNOW that is already falling in big, fat, wet flakes :headache::mad::headache:

Sorry about the snow, Snap. Think SPRING!!!!

Kim -- those are great videos. I love the first one! :rotfl:

Ignoring Kerrie -- she may want more snow. It was fun, but I want it to be SPRING now!!!!

It's been snowing again here since before dawn too... wahhhh... I was just starting to see shingles on the roof and there's still a maze of pathways from the front door to the car from last week. Monday was the first full day back in school. I never thought I'd say this but it'd be nice to have a full week for a change...:rolleyes1

Not me. Never seems to stick in the City. Between the subways, busses and plowing, City dwellers don't believe it actually snows. :sad2:

PK, you should check out the news stories from the last two weeks in Baltimore. The huge snows literally shut the city down. DH works downtown and said even a lot of the main roads weren't plowed for days. The new mayor told people to band together and work as a team digging out their own roads. Roads crews don't have anywhere to put it once they plow either. Piles on the corners are so high that you can't see around them to turn. They were using parks for dumping space but filled those quickly, they've also been dumping it into the harbor. Now that's something to watch...

Bayonne. Hudson County. Not going to be a pretty commute home. Have my car at the train station. Then I'm supposed to go pick up my computer.

Oh I'm sure it is. I meant those that I work for, who live in Manhattan, don't seem to notice the snow as much. I'm actually on my way out now.

Those of you with snow storms should definitely ignore the GORGEOUS weather we have here in Texas. Mid 60s, clear blue skies, bright sun..... That's what's so great about Texas, on Sunday you could wear shorts, Tuesday there was snow, and by Thursday the weather is just about perfect.
