If your flight # for arrival changes do you need to notify ME?

I took the adivce and checked on deltas site and my flight number for arrival at MCO has changed. My departure time has also changed by 30 mins later for our flight leaving home. Do I need to call and notify ME about the new arrival number? I don't want to have a big mix up. As it looks we are getting in still the same time into mco, just the departure from home and connecting flight times have changed a slight bit. Also should I wait till closer to our departure day to notify ME as it could change again? Thank you for your help.

Yes, you should call ME and give them your new flight number. This way, they can track that flight, and have enough personnel on hand for the time of day that you arrive to send you to your resort as quickly as possible.

For the departure home, since you need to call anyway, just let them know at that time, then confirm your flight # and time for the trip home when you arrive, and when you receive your bus pickup time the day before you depart.
