We currently have Chef Mickey's; San Angel; 1900 Park Faire; The Wave; Mama Melrose; Sci-Fi; Rainforest @ AK;Whispering Canyon and 50's Prime Time booked...which of THESE should be dumped?? Thanks in advance for any input??

I would add in the following order: Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, Artist Point, Chef de France, Tutto Italia, Coral Reef
I would dump the following: San Angel, and maybe the Wave

I would consider adding: Garden Grill & Tusker House Breakfast (esp if you have kids)

Do you have kids? Girls? If not, I would dump 1900..food not great and atmosphere like you are in your local hotel ballroom at a really bad/chaotic wedding. (GF Cafe is much better, but no characters)

Do you have boys? If not, I would dump Sci-Fi. Food not great, super dark, though eating in the cars is kind of cool..for young boys.

Unless Chef Mickeys is breakfast, I would dump that too! Same goes for Wave..only breakfast, IMO is good there.

As to what to add...all the restaurants you mentioned are good. Only you know your taste buds and will have to decide on which cusine your prefer.

Unfortunately, Le Cellier was unavailable for my ENTIRE 10 night stay!! I did indeed add Coral Reef as I haven't been there in 3+ years. I took the earliest lunch in hopes my chances of sitting near the tank for my son would increase

I would add Tutto Italia and Teppan Edo.
I would dump 50's prim time and Mama Melrose.

I wouldnt give up on Le cellier. Just keep checking everyday. I just got a ressie for lunch there today! And I love the Wave. Artist Point is also very good. I did not like San Angel at all. The food was mediocre at best. Good luck!

ADD: Le Cellier (Agree with PP's...keep trying ! You never know!) and Teppan Edo.....

Cape May? Not a Destination buffet IMHO...been there 3x because I was staying at BC.

Enjoyed Whispering Canyon and 50's Prime Time - once each in May! Did Rainforest Once with Tweens... will never go back until grandchildren are Tweens (READ: Atmosphere not food). HIGHLY Recommend Fantasmic Dining Package...which you are doing... I've done now with H&V and HBD...will try MM next time...

I would definitely dump 1900 Park Fare.
If you can't get Le Cellier, I would add Chefs de France or Teppan Edo.

From the pure standpoint of food being just so-so, I would dump Rainforest and 1900. Add Le Cellier and though I have never been, 2 sets of friends recently ate at Chefs De France and both raved about it. Enough so that after 17 trips, we are finally going to try it.

i would pick Tutto which was FANTASTIC and feels like a 2TS, Teppan Edo which has great food and a great show, and if i couldnt get them i would try LeCellier, it's not that exciting to eat in a dimly lit cramped celler and the food was just good, same with service, i think the other two are better!

not sure if you know but Rainforest is not on the ddp. it's pricey too. check their menu.

LOL, I love the comment about 1900PF...you are SO right, it was like a really really BAD and chaotic wedding! And the food was awful! I have two young girls and we still recall that as being our worst meal ever on WDW property.

We liked SciFi though, we thought it was fun

Def. dump 1900PF and Rainforest I say. If you want to eat good food in AK try tusker house (YUM). I'd also chose between 50's and sci fi. Try for France and Leceiller! GL!
