...after monthes of hard researched and spying i have found out that disney does not use real beef made from cows in their food but instead...BEAR MEAT! In the past years when disney still used real cattle beef, they discovered an over-surplus of bears around disneyland in California on their property, so disney got a money-saving idea: to corral bears and herd them like cattle ,and sell all their cattle and cattle contracts to an unidentified rich mexican cattle tycoon............so if your beef is extra greasey (bear meat is VERY greasey) and the country bear jamoreer building gets turned into a "steak" house you now know why.

That must be the reason behind the DCA theme park. Ei$ner needed a cheap place to put the bear, but he couldn't just put it in a parking lot. That would be just too suspicious. He decided on a new theme park that would be the "secret bear beef" operations on Grizzly Peak.
