If you own multiple resorts, do you have a routine or do you change it up?

We always buy AP's and go 3 times in 12 months. I have settled into this routine of going Mar/April (avoiding spring break) for F&G and the fall for F&W (except Aulani a couple of years ago). We of course stay at BWV. I really miss OKW, I don't own there but it is one of our all time favorites. I think I need to resv something for next summer.

We alternate between MK resorts and Epcot resorts.

We go when we want to go. Want to get enough points where I can go 2 - 5 nights per month, every month of the year.

We have four DVC homes, we loved to change around resorts and times to visit. We're starting to add DGDs to our trips, so when they hit school age that will def change our times we can visit.

We have a MK resort and an Epcot resort. For 2016 I reserved each one at 11 months, booked 8 nights at OKW and just completed a 7 night split stay at VWL and SSR. Total of 29 nights, so far....thinking of adding a night at AKV before the OKW stay.

Yeah, we mix it up.

We do not have a system. Aulani is the only place we really want to stay at that we do not own at. We stayed there last year, and hope to get something there next year.

I love to see fireworks and we've used our BLT points to book NYE and 4th of July there. (In BLT )

HHI & VB are for use at those wonderful resorts. We book a Beach Cottage when needed.

VWL and VGF are for Christmas.

BCV and BWV are more for Flower and Garden than Food and Wine, but work for both.

SSR was for THV, but now we mostly use the points as extras!

AKV can be used any time. I try to book value or Concierge. We have Concierge in May, a value in September.

We are now retired, and travel a lot.

We have a planned routine of just booking home resort but rotating 1 of them between trips.

Of course something always comes up that makes me chance the plan so in reality so far it has always been mixed up to what fits the upset to the plan rather than booking by the plan.

We have always really enjoyed all our stays and all resorts we have stayed at.

No, BLT has the fireworks, we use our BLT points to stay in BLT when it is the exclusive use of the TOTW lounge.
