We were there last week and got dream fast passes 3 times! The first day we were there we went past Snow White's wishing well about 10:30am and they were on the bridge. I was so excited they must have thought I was crazy. The next day, another guest had one and we asked where the dream squad was. She told us by Snow White's well again, we decided to just go on the rides and not worry about it. When we got off the Story Land Boats a few minutes later they were just up towards Toon Towne and we got fast passes again. Then, on Friday we were leaving the 1st Star Wars show of the day and they were handing them out. They were towards the Buzz Ride on the path that we could take the stroller down.

The first day we were in Fronteir Land in the afternoon waiting in line to meet Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and one of the dream squad came and visited with us for a long time. She gave us some Tinkerbell pins.

3 out of 5 days! Not bad!!

I have been dreamed three times all at DL and all in Fantasyland and all on separate trips..but all three times occured on Wednesdays..call it weird but I kinda know where the dream team comes out from..

First time was with my two sisters and my nephew as we were leaving Fantasyland the back way on the backside of Thunder Mountain..you will see two big wooden gates (CM entrance/exits). And they were giving away Dream FP..and me and my older sis were freaking out cause we've been so many times and tried to get them..and my younger sis thought we were crazy!! It was in Feb. 2008 around 30-45 min after rope drop..

Second time was with my cousin and younger sis and we thought why not try to get them again..so we did like 2 or 3 rides in Fantasyland to kill time and then waited by the gates until lo and behold we saw the Dream Team!! Yea!!! So we inconspicuously followed them at a distance..trying not to get caught..and they went near the exit of Dumbo and so we went in for the kill and got Dream FP again!! This was in May of 2008..again around 30-45 in after rope drop..

The third time was with my younger sis and her friend..and we tried again..so we did the same thing..did a couple of rides and then went to the gates and waited..and guess again?? we saw them!! So we followed them to the exit of Peter Pan..and they actually went into the exit..and the line for the ride was long..so we thought..oh well..maybe next time..but wait!! Then he was talking to someone on his little ear piece and they went to the exit of Snow White..so I jumped on the ride with no wait..all the while we don't even know what the prize is..and my sis and her friend were waiting at the exit..so I come off the ride and get...drum roll please!!! A free dessert buffet!!! Huh?? What is this?? So i tell my sis and friend to hurry up and jump on the ride and get them..

So after we all get them we were kinda bummed that they weren't Dream FP..and so the day goes on and we realize that we didn't even need FP for the rides..and we kinda start to get excited..so our Dream Passes say to report to the Plaza Inn at 7:30 after the parade..we are the first in line and while waiting we start talking to the guy who seems to be in charge..and I asked if this was a new dream or prize?? and he says they just don't do it very often..maybe like once every three months are so!! Then we start to get really excited..so we go in and they give us free souvenir mugs and our choice of 5 different pieces cake..all you can eat..with free beverages..all you can drink..so we are sitting there enjoying our free dessert..

When..a special someone graces us with her presence!! Minnie!!!

And..then everyone's favorite person!! Mickey!!!

Now I must say..Mickey was quite the ladies man than night I wasn't the only one to get kissed by a prince charming!!

And you couldn't forget Donald Duck who..didn't have enough arms for the ladies!!

So whenever I hear of getting something other than the Fast Passes - like the Dream Suite, like the $500 shopping spree, like a stay in one of the other hotels, or the dessert buffet - it gives me hope that MAYBE there is still a chance for me! I have one definite trip coming up in just under two weeks and a HOPEFUL trip in December, and then that's it - no more chances to be dreamed!

My dream story:

I was dreamed exiting Big Thunder Mountain
at approximately 9am
and my dream was dream fastpasses
Here is my story: As the people on our train were all exiting, the walkway was starting to bottleneck, then we were all just stopped. At first I was sort of annoyed, but then my sister started saying, '...it's them! it's them! the people in the blue!' Everyone on our train received dream fastpasses for both DL and DCA.

I was at DR twice last year - for three days and two nights each trip - and we never even saw any Dream Squad people, let alone got dreamed! Well, my family and I got dreamed twwice last time we went. The first time I think was our first or second day there and it was early in the morning. we were at disneyland. My sis saw them up in the castle area. We "ran" over there and acted "normal". We kinda paused we we passed by them to see if they woruld say something and suddenly this cute "old" man tells us: " Congratulations. You just won dream fastpasses!" Or something like that.



The second time was our last day there, well, really half-day. We were in caliofrnia adventure park when it opened. We saw them again and went though where they were at. We won the ultimate character meet and greet! BUT.... we couldn't go since it was at 5pm and we had to be at San Diego by that time. I was so sad.

Oh, you're kidding! I didn't realize you were staying at the PPH too, and right during my dates! The 'Who's Going In October' and the 'When are You Going/Where Are You Staying?' threads were getting pretty long the last time I checked, and I think I lost track of who was going around my dates! I know I was trying to pay attention to who might be staying at the PPH, because I had been noticing that most guests are staying either offsite OR at DLH & GCH. There were not too many PPH-ers! A few, not many! You know, I will not get to a Home Depot between now and when we go on to DLR October 2, so I will be sans LGMH, sadly. I WISH I had one! I know to LOOK for them on other people, but I won't have one for anyone to spot me! Aside from you and I, I know that Cseca is going on our dates (and staying at PPH as well); and a couple of other regular DIS-ers are going to the parks on that weekend as well. I am trying to get my darn plans together so I can figure out if it is feasible to try and meet up with anyone from DISboards for a moment to say hello!

As for MTOT, that will depend on my friend. I am going there with one friend, and then we are meeting up with other friends on the 4th. The 4th will be a crazy day for us, so if there is a MTOT that night, we would skip it. Our only option would be on the 3rd - your night. I am very tempted to go in and check it out - though I am not bothering with a costume or anything - just to see the extra Halloween stuff and extra characters and all of that, and I know I don't want to pay the last minute prices (if it is not sold out), but I am not sure if my friend will be up for it. If she is not and would prefer to stay in the hotel to sleep, I could just go by myself and see what is happening at the MTOTP. I just have a sneaking suspicion that I won't know what we are doing until close to the last minute. Does the TOTP start at 7:00 p.m.? I know I checked times once and now have forgotten!!!! We have a PS for Carnation at 6 p.m., but I could always try to make it for 30 minutes earlier if it looked like the TOTP was a likely option!!!!

Just this last Saturday, the 20th, I received a Dream Fastpass on the exit to Winnie the Pooh at about 9:15 am.
It was the first time I had seen the dream team although I had been there for a week.
I was actually down in Critter Country getting caramel apples at Pooh Corner to take home at the time so I didn't use my fast pass as I had to get to the airport but it makes a great souvenir!

We just got back last night. Spent Thursday- Sunday morning.

We were dreamed exiting Snow White this past Saturday about 10am-ish.
My dd and I received the dream mouse ears.
I had been looking for the Dream Team since Thursday and hadn't spotted them. Funny how running into them kinda snuck up on us.
We were hoping for Fastpasses, but I still was grateful and felt like I won just by finding them... lol

I agree it was super crowded this past weekend. The crowds were so light Thursday, we got our hopes up the weekend wouldn't get too bad.
But alas it did, and the humidity was high so it seemed much hotter than it probably was.So that always makes it feel more crowded too... lol

I also needed to upgrade my 2 kids & our guests hoppers to APs by Saturday night (after MM was used) The AP line at the bank had a long line ALL DAY and Evening, all. weekend. long. When I upgraded mine this past April there was NO LINE, it was strange. We ended up waiting for about an hour Sunday night to do the upgrade. Then another 15-20 minutes doing the upgrades. What a waste of prime park time our last evening. The line behind us just kept growing and growing as we got closer to our turn too ... Felt like the whole world was upgrading to an AP this weekend.

We were dreamed on Thursday, September 18 at about 11am between Fantasyland and Frontierland (near BTMRR) with lanyards and trading pins. No dream fastpasses though, but I saw lots of people wearing them. Oh well, the lines were so short, you really didn't need them.

I was dreamed on Saturday, September 20th at about 9:30 AM coming off the Winnie the Pooh ride.
I was actually walking down to Pooh's Corner to buy some caramel apples to take home to my family. I was just past the Hungry Bear when I saw people coming towards me with Dream Fastpasses.
My first thought was that they got them coming off Splash Mountain and did I really want to get wet. Then I noticed some wet people without them and knew it was Winnie Pooh.
Of course, I shamelessly got on the ride and when I got off, there was the dream team.
The funny thing is that I had said to my friend that morning that I will probably get a dream fastpass this morning because we had to catch the bus to the airport at 11:00 am. Of course, I did!
I am happy though because I was always unsure as to whether I actually would want to use it or keep it intact as a keepsake and the decision was made for me!
I still proudly wore it for the half an hour I had left in the park!

I posted this a few days ago, but didn't realize there was already a thread about it, so I'll post it here as well.

We are just back from a week in the parks (9/20-9/27), and we were dreamed 3 times!

First was on Sunday. We were walking from Fantasy Land toward Big Thunder (the back way as I think of it). When we got close to the exit of BT, the Dream Squad was there handing out Fast Passes.
This is obviously not when we got them, but here we are wearing them.

Monday we were walking past the Matternhorn on our way to Fantasy Faire, when we came across them again, this time giving out the "dream time event" (an extra hour in the park that night). At park closing we all met in the Festival Arena while the park was emptied of other guests. For about a half an hour there was music and dancing, and then Mickey & Minnie came and kicked off the dream hour.

It was a lot of fun! A nice CM offered to take our picture in front of the castle on our way out. I wish he would have taken two though because this one didn't turn out.

Last time was on Thursday I believe. My oldest 4 kiddos we riding Splash, while dh & I took the little ones to Fantasy Land. Upon exiting Pinoccio, we were given the ears. I was really hoping for them too, since we got last years versions (light blue). Was really excited to get this years (darker blue) also!

We got dreamed twice on our August 2008 trip...on 8/10 and 8/12. Both times, CMs were out hanging out by the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney. We got dream ears on the 10th and lanyard/pins on the 12th.
Which leads us to ask...you don't have to go in to the actual parks to be dreamed?

Dh, Ds#1, and my MIL and FIL got dreamed coming off of the Matterhorn (Tomorrowland side) around 10:30am on Friday 9/26. They got dream fastpasses. I was off walking the one year old in the stroller trying to get him to sleep. We went to city hall and told them that I wasn't there. They asked to see all the dream fastpasses then they called the dream team who came and looked at all of us in attendence. Since they recognized my FIL, they gave the fastpasses to me and my one year old. Since the 1 yo didn't actually need the fastpasses (they don't under 3 because they don't have tickets to get them) we ended up with an extra set. We were probably in the first group of people to get HM fastpasses!
