Could you please tell me how much the National Car Rental $$$ off coupon is for? (I am not asking for the "code.")

I am planning to buy a 2013 book for the $30 off coupon for my June car rental. But if there is a $25-30 coupon in the 2014 book, I would be better off buying it for the additional discounts.

I used for my April resv. Best rate as well for my trip, over klm, or bjs with coupon.
