Big fan of POP here. But CBR would be my choice between the two.
Much better dining options, love the small pools, it's a beautiful resort with great walking paths that are wonderful in the evening (and now that the parks close so early that will be nice), the two Skyliner stations means direct lines to both parks.
CBR will have 2 actual beds instead of a bed and a pull-down/murphy. Feature pool has a slide. Building in CBR only have 2 floors so taking the stairs isn't a big deal if you don't want to wait for an elevator (pop's buildings have 4 floors). CBR has a LOT more food choices.

Before the renovation, which moved the check-in desk to the main lobby and the skyliner... I'd def. have said Pop; however now that they checkin desk it at the front lobby (no need to lug all your stuff around even further etc.) and since it's the skyliner hub (no need to transfer to get to the parks, only 1 line) I'd choose CBR if money weren't issue or too much more. I don't like how big or how many stops their are at CBR, but since buses will not be running from either Pop or CBR to 2 of the parks; I'd prefer to stay where there's direct access.between CBR and POP, which would you choose and why
