If you HAD to cancel one ADR, which would it be?

I am not going to do the free dining as long as I had booked as I am taking advantage of the AP rates and spluring at 2 nights at a deluxe to treat the kids. So I will lose 2 credits of free dining. I have the following ADR's. I dont mind paying OOP for one of them if its worth it (thinking WCC???) and cancelling the other and eating CS meals. We are either staying at the Poly (can do Kona!) We will have 8 TS credits as we have 8 nights free dining and 2 nights AP rate at CR or Poly.

Chef Mickey's dinner
The Crystal Palace dinner
Princess breakfast
The Garden Grill Restaurant
Ohana breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern
Boma
Ohana
Tonys
WCC

Tonys and WCC are the ADRs that come the nights we are checked into the deluxe. So those would be OOP. I had Tonys booked so we could see Spectromagic from there and then the fireworks. But being at CR or the Poly, we could catch spectromagic at the front of it like we did the last time we were there and then catch the monorail (or walk to CR) and catch the fireworks. Then I could pay OOP for WCC if people feel its worth it. We will have 4C and 2A on it.. I think we are going to do the skillet dinner

I would cancel either the Garden Grill or the Liberty Tree Tavern. We didn't enjoy either one of these.

I just returned from Disney and Chef Mickey's has gone downhill and we have done it for several years. My 9 year old nephew didn't even enjoy it. He spent most of the dinner eating ice cream. We never got refills. It's not worth it anymore in my opinion. We also were there for over a hour and didn't see all the characters.

Thanks! I still have time to switch, there was plenty of availability at WCC. I really want to check out WL thats why I want to eat there!

I would cancel Garden Grill too.

WCC is wonderful.....as is the WL!! This trip will be my third time eating at WCC-the skillet is a great choice, refilled with anything you'd like! The deserts there are also great. Enjoy!!

Thats good to hear! I looked over the menu again for Garden Grill and I think I am just going to swap it out for WCC. I like the menu at WCC better than Garden Grill. I was just looking for character interaction for my little one who was only 6w old the last time we went!

That makes it easy! Now, I run out of credits on the 29th (I have 2 breakfasts booked along with dinners some nights!) and will just do CS or grab and go type things. I think the kids want Poly over CR so there is plenty to choose from! Plus, with my AP I can just run into MK if need be for a CS!

A note of caution on TOny's - there are lots of seats in there where you will not be able to see the parade go by, and I'm sure everyone eating when you are will ask to be near the windows. We ate there in APril, and it was ok, but nothing special. No one other than me even had any idea that it was the lady and the tramp restaurant, as there is nothing that tells you that. I'd skip this one for sure!

If it were me, I would cancel either Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern. I don't like the buffet style very much at CP and I am not a fan of the family style at LT. I used to LT before it got changed to family style.

Disprincess, I think thats what I am leaning towards. Tonys is the first night of our deluxe stay and we can just watch the parade and then head over to Poly and watch the fireworks from there.

mb, we did CP on our last trip and LOVED it! That was the ONLY restaurant DH asked for!

Well, I guess to each his own. I know a lot of people that really like it too. Again, I am just not a buffet person. But it does have a lot of choices.

Good luck and enjoy!

We did mostly buffets because I have some picky eaters and this is easier to please everyone in the party.

I'm afraid I'll have to be the lone DISsenter on this one. We HATED WCC! My DDs (three of them) and I got the skillet and DH got a pasta/shrimp entree and none of us were very impressed with the meal. We have decided not to go back there this September.

Since we are trying a bunch of new places, we shall see if we ever do them again! The only place we ate at was ASMo food court and Cp!

I would cancel CM...we ate there last Oct before MNSSHP and although the character interaction was great the food was disgusting, even the kids said the mac and cheese, ravioli and pizza was "Yucky"

Loose Tony's. The atmosphere and the food you get for the money is not worth it. It sounds like you have a good answer to the fireworks and like others have said no promises from them on the parade.
