I'm 100% in favor of using stem cells. What they've already done is the most amazing stuff I've ever read.

Since the scientists say this stuff isn't as good, I'll stick with what they (and not the boneheaded politicians) want.

Well, like with the other forms of retrieving tissue etc. for stem cells, they are proposing using fluid that would already be discarded from amnios that would already be done. My point was that the procedure is not so benign that it wouldn't be a potential problem doing an amnio just to get the stem cells.
