I'll have to join you in that club and I just can not seem to give up on VMK events even after everyone has failed(even the one that ran mostly smoothly had it's moments)that is why I wish they would quit doing them....because if they do them I will go and it is such a drag to be let down over and over again. You think we would learn!

I kept thinking "they will get it fixed and I will be able to do this" thank goodness I did not let my DS play because if he had been reduced to tears by yet another sour event I would not be laughing about the whole fiasco now....

I recommend talking to VMK_Babs if you meet up with her in the game. I spoke with her telling her I had a terrible time in the mazes, I had tried all of them and I wished they were still open so I could try again. That message seemed to work because I did get the prizes in my inventory a couple of days later.

I'd send a letter, but by now I'd think there's no point. I tried a billion times too, almost got to the end a few times, but then I got stuck in the enterance to the room. Gosh I hated that.

Sent my email Sun afternoon. Got a response yesterday asking me to tell them which levels I had problems with. Of course you can't reply otherwise you get a message telling you your request is closed. Sent another email and am still waiting.

Interesting though, I sent an email for my son yesterday and already got a response that the items should now be in his inventory. I'll have to log on as him and check. I"ll let you know what I find, if anything.


Edited: I checked my son's account and he now has the pin and cauldron. Let's just see if I end up getting mine now.

I tried for hours to get into the Medium and Difficult mazes this past weekend, and kept getting dropped over and over again. Is there any way I can still get the prizes for them?

WOW! I FINALLY got a reply from something I sent to Contact Us!!

But, it had nothing to do with my question, and there's nothing new in my inventory.

I replied to that email and said it didn't really have anything to do with my question, and I asked my question again, and immediately got this back:

We have closed your original help request, because we felt that our last email to you answered your question. If you need more help, please use the VMK Help Tool again and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I really have no idea how they thought their email in any way answered my question. :-/

FWIW, i checked and yes, DD DS and I all got both a pin and the cauldron. Perhaps the fact that I listed our vmk names AND the levels we had kept crashing on, all in the original message made a difference? That and I didnt say "can I still have the prizes?", i basically left it at "we'll leave it in your hands". Maybe that did it, who knows?

Anyway, not trying to rub it in for those that were told "better luck next time", but thought you all would like to know.

The whole Maze event and how they handled it has really effected my respect for Disney and the Vmk game. Since I found the game a few months ago I was spending a most of my spare time playing it, but after the Maze event I'm barely been on long enough to get my daily credits. I keep asking myself "What's the point?"

But The Wrong Prize I Guess... I Did The Difficult Maze More Than The Medium Maze But They Only Gave Me The Master Gracey Pin Which Is Better Than Paying The 500 Credits. Ok, what happened to the supposed name taking? VMK_Babs told me they were writing down the names of those in line and would be awarding prizes to those people. My DH tried for an hour to get in and kept asking if they were taking his "title" and they said yes.
