For a 1 credit place it would be Boma. We try to eat there twice on each trip!

For a 2 credit place I would go with California Grille or Jiko depending on where I was staying or if the view is important.

Hey trying to gather some great dining options for a trip coming up in August. I have been down to disney once or twice a year for 26 years and I am looking to book some restaurants I may not have eaten at before. So the question is if you had one restaurant on the dining plan that is a must to complete your disney vacation what would it be?

California Grill, simply heavenly!!!

The Living Seas is pretty special as well.

My vote would go to California Grill for the overall meal experience. Cali Grill has 5 star quality food with the best view in all of WDW and to add to your dining pleasure, one of the best viewing area for Wishes...IMHO.
