If you could have one.....

My mom still has mine at her house! :rotfl: I loved it too. It was the vacation home for my Little People. :thumbsup2

Maybe I should ebay it.

I'd love to have my Rainbow Brite doll.

Or you could sell it to me! ;) Ive been dying to buy one :) LOL

Oh well. I will just have to enjoy my new XBOX360 I am getting for Christmas.;)
Well, if you MUST ;)

Actually Ive been surprised at how many Ataris I see at yard sales! they go for big bucks at Play n Trade and Gamestops. Theyre worth more than Playstation2s

I have not seen one yet, if I did I would buy it. I have looked online and they are out there.

And PS2's and their games are going to go up, up, up.

There are four from my childhood I always think of:

Green Ghost Game - they actually show the box during that scene in the movie!:goodvibes

Crissy doll

Fisher price ferris wheel - the 60's one with all the details

Panasonic radio - the round ball one that hung from a chain

I had a stove, refridge and sink combo... you could pour water into the back of the faucet and turn on the handles for running water!
I believe it was a combo of metal and plastic
I "cooked" a lot of "meals" with that kitchen!

My Trixie Belden books.. Actually, ALL of my childhood books! :santa:

I got an atari one about 2 years ago- it was a console with the games already loaded- PONG!! It wasn't the little joystick ones- it was a full size console. Shoot I can't find it online anymore.

I still have lots of my books. Actually my mom had saved them and now DS and DD get to enjoy them.

Mine were saved too - but got lost somewhere along the line.. Probably when my parents moved into the new house they built back in the 60's..:(

If I could have one of my kids toys it would be Mrs. Beasley - LOL.. For some reason I loved that doll.. Sadly she just disappeared one day - probably kidnapped..:rotfl:

I'll have to read this entire thread and see if there's anything else I had a "soft spot" for..:santa:

My Crissy doll!

I still have my Crissy Doll and her original aqua dress, belt, & shoes. My sister had her friend Velvet, but I'm not sure if she's still around or not.

I always wanted an Easy Bake Oven and later Mystery Date, but never got those. DH mentioned a couple of years ago that he wanted Rock Em Sock Em Robots when he was a kid & never got them. I got them for him that year & he was like a little kid again!

I think mine would have to be the inch worm you could ride ..my bro and i had one and would race them so much fun!! we also had the play do set I can't remember what it was called but we could make play do into anything we wanted had lots of pressing things anyway my bro and I would play with that thing for hours!! that would be the ones I would want :goodvibes

OK-now my inchworm envy is coming back to me 40 years later. I asked for one for several years in a row and never got it. My niece comes along and what do my parents get her when she was 4? An inchworm! I was so mad.

I had one of those sets too. Definitely metal. It was not the kind where all 3 things are in one unit. I remember having mom put them in the backyard in the summer and we kids in the neighborhood would pull the huge leaves from the tree in my backyard. From there, we would mix mud and use the leaves as a burrito shell. (of course, we did not eat them) Ahhh...fun times. Thanks for reminding me. Why don't I find making burritos that much fun now?
