If you could do one job at disney....

Oh, so many things. At the top of the list I'd love to be an event planner - weddings, honeymoons, etc. That's what I'd like to do generally so to do it for Disney would be perfect.

I'd also like to be a tour guide. Either the specific tours or the general "hire someone for the day to walk you around the park" tours.

I'd also love to work at The Tower of Terror. I was crossing my fingers so hard for that job when I learned I'd be doing by CP in attractions at Disney-MGM Studios (I got Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Playground and Disney-MGM Studios Backlot Tour).

Maybe some day...

My job has actually been done away with. I was so sad on our last trip to find that my job had been phased out :sad1:. My dream was to be the speaker on the Living with the Land ride at Epcot. You get to ride a ride all day everyday, talk, and people are either very interested in what you have to say or they sleep! How perfect! But sadly, no person speaks on the boat anymore. It's a recording.

Concierge at the Poly... or, for that matter, concierge at any of the resorts!

I'm training at the Jungle Cruise, but I really really really want to work at the Haunted Mansion.. almost there, at least now I'm in the same land lock! :goodvibes

I wanna sell balloons on Main Street USA. I've wanted to do that for 29 years, now.

My family has actually talked about moving to FL and working at WDW. I think it would be an awesome place to work but I wonder if you could really make a living:confused3 .

My DD8 wants to marry Mickey so her dream job is to be Minnie. I joke with her that at least she went for the head guy..the BIG cheese! I also think she would love to be Belle (in the gold dress).

My DS12 aspires to be Goofy...really?!*?! I have my concerns:rotfl: . He would be great if his personality stays the same

I am a photo nut so my dream job would be in photography. I am not sure I would enjoy photopass though....too hot! I think I would like to be a Disney wedding photographer. I would also enjoy setting up window displays on Main St. This may be strange but I would enjoy working in Customer Service like at City Hall...solving guest problems.

I am not sure what DH would like to do he just wants to go to WDW...and forget work.

A reservationist. That would be fun! Like to be a princess - could get away with maybe Snow White. Possibly Belle or Ariel.

It would be fun to work with the animals at Animal Kingdom....

Man, almost anywhere! I would like to be the horse and carriage driver!

I have another one...if I couldn't be in entertainment, I'd want to be a writer, any writer. From general information, ad copy, show dialogue, any. GOOD STUFF!!
:thumbsup2

It is so cool to see what other people would want to do, fun thread.

I would like to work for DVC. DH would want to drive either the Monorail or one of the boats. He says that's what he wants to do when he retires.

Imagineer. Or, if you're talking about a CM in the parks, I want to hand out stickers to little kids.

Wedding Planner:love:

i agree 100%

I would LOVE to be a wedding planner for Disney. In fact, that's what I'm going to school for. That, and i would eventually like to own my own hotel.

I'm determined to do the wedding planner thing for. Nothing can stop me. Nothing............ok maybe some things..........but i'm sooooooooo determined.

I would like to 'be' Mickey. Or since I am female, maybe Minnie. :)

(Just a little bump, I've enjoyed reading this thread!)

just one??

Sorcerer Mickey at the end of Fantasmic! :rotfl: I've got the moves down and everything! (yes, my friends think I'm nuts).

I've also always wanted to be in a parade. I auditioned for a couple, but never made it past the first round (don't dance well enough, I guess!)

Truly, though, I wanted to design ride queues (I went to architecture school) like the Indiana Jones ride at DL (my inspiration), but alas, being an Imagineer was not meant to be (dagnabit). oh well...

p.s. just went back and read that people said "wedding planner" ... yes, that would be amazing, too. Our FTW planner (the last one b/c we had several) was SUPER AWESOME and we had the greatest wedding ever...

I have always wanted to be an Imagineer...or Snow White, but I'm too short to be Snow White!

Because of my current job I would fit right in working in one of the retail shops, though it would be great to be a Resort consierge!

Heres hoping!!
