We have stayed at the Poly at least 10 times for a week at a time....it is my favorite resort on property.....BUT...for a total stress free trip the CRUISE WINS HANDS DOWN!! No making dinner ressies, character breakfast ressie...being on line in the hot sun, jostled by the crowds, etc.

We are total WDW people having been to the parks over 35 times for vacations.....since we have been cruising DCL since '98 we like the cruise better...don't get me wrong...still love WDW...but I will never go to WDW during summer again due to crowds but would sail DCL any month of the year.

You most definately get the same if not more... Disney Buzz....I now get teary eyed every time I see a DCL commercial. We have sailed DCL 10 times now and it holds some very special moments for us as a family. Cruising DCL has been our family's most favorite vacation of all times. It is the only vacation where none of us ever get into any kind of disagreement because there is something for everyone!!!! Our teens 20, 19, 16 just love the cruise and we know how hard it is to please them!!!

I have never been to WDW only DL, but I couldn't imagine having a more fun and relaxing time then on the Magic. You are pampered the whole time and every thing is planned out for you, what show you'll watch, where you'll eat for dinner etc.

We have done the 7 days at the Poly and a 3 day Cruise. But this year is the 7 day Western. So, I choose the 7 day Cruise this time.

Don't get me wrong, the Poly is wonderful but we love the Cruise!!!
