I voted for the Poly--really like the atmosphere. It would be great to have the monorail for a DVC resort.
How about if they used a couple of the existing log houses at the Poly and redid them for DVC?

AKL would be a good one too.

Poly for sure, if the Grand Floridian was building DVC ( which it never will) I would pick it over Poly.

Since I'm dreaming here...I would love to see one along the Epcot monorail line, on some of that unused property. Or better yet..something out near Grand Canyon or someplace like that. I hate the thought of using my hard earned points for a non-Disney experience. Ah well.

Where ever it is it should have good transportation to more than 1 activity, multiple parks or park and DTD. Bus transportation should not be considered. Mono-Rail or Water Taxi seem to be the best in my opinion. Home for me is BCV and I think the water taxi is great and close to 2 parks (EPCOT and MGM) was a great plus in our decision. The convenience to be able to walk to a Park and a short water taxi ride to another can't be beat.
As you may be able to tell I do not like the Bus transportation.

I'm sure any DVC resort would be beautiful. Just wish there was one in the northeast that we could get to more often.

Hands down - AKL Villas!

We loved our week stay there. DH even mentioned when we were there how great a DVC component to the resort would be and he is one who really doesn't want to purchase anymore points! But if AKL Villas suddenly appeared he'd be calling up for points!

I am surprised that the numbers for Eagle Pines is so low. (Although I'm not interested in it )

So there is a slim chance of a DVC Poly.....what about a DVC at AKL?? Is there plenty of space there?

AKL sounds wonderful and I would buy there in a minute too, but a DVC resort on the monorail would be excellent.
