There wasn't when we cancelled our Oct. '04 cruise. I think that as long as you cancel more the 60 days in advance, you get a full refund. DCL actually processes the refund, as opposed to Dreams.

I was told that if we cancelled then there was no fees and we would recieve our full refund of $500 back. This is if we cancel before the 60 day mark.

I believe the cancellation date has now been moved back to 75 days. This is DCL, not DU.
