Sorry everyone who thinks that they have to issue a credit back to your credit card but DMRick is correct. I was unable to get the money back because it is a nonrefundable ticket they are not even obligated to lower your fare. This just gives me a good excuse to make another trip to Disney this year.

, so I called. I saved $64 per person!! The lady who helped me was very nice. She told me the $192 would be refunded after our travel. She did not say anything about calling again or mailing anything. She never even mentioned a credit with Southwest. I assume that means the amount will automatically be taken off my credit card after we get back. (Gee--"assume" just made me a little nervous
)
Three weeks to go & I'm still finding ways to save money!
