If you book using an AP discount...

can you make changes after the booking period for the discount is over?

For example, the current offer that covers dates through June has to be booked by Feb. 8th, I believe. If you book a room at a certain resort using that AP discount and wanted to upgrade your room or even resort, are you allowed to do that if there are rooms available, even if the offer is over? I know you can with a pin code after it expires, is an AP discount any different?

I don't know the answer, but thought I could offer some insight as to why many people may not know the answer. When I've booked AP rates before, the cutoff for the AP rate has never been so long before the date of travel. E.g. I was able to book an AP rate for a very last minute trip once -- just a few days before we left. Having the "deal" period end well before the travel period seems to be something new.
