If we're late for EMH...which park to visit?

We'll be staying at VGC in July, visiting parks Tuesday-Friday, with daily access to EMH from 7-8 AM. As much as I'd love to hit the parks each morning at 7 AM, I expect this will not happen. If we arrive after regular park opening, is it better to go to the non-EMH park or really doesn't matter?

Going to the non-EMH park in the morning might be best, but usually by lunchtime, everything evens out and the parks are equally busy.

It depends- if you go during emh but not right as it starts, I think it's still worth going in. If it's after regular opening I'm not sure it matters what park- all the big ticket lines will be long-ish- RSR, TSMM, HSM,PP, etc. I know it's early and my little ones do not like getting up that early to be in line for emh every day of our vacation but they liked the low lines looking back on it haha

We have gone to DCA when there were 5 minutes left before park opening and the difference was still huge in crowd levels (in our favor). You kind of followed a different path than the throng of people waiting at the hub.

I would say if you are headed to the parks an hour after park opening it will not matter which is EMH. The first hour is only when it matters.

The caveat is DL. Since only FantasyLand and TomorrowLand are open for EMH, if you arrive near park opening and head left at the hub to the closed side of the park you will be fine.

Thank you for the replies. I think we'll try to ensure making at least the last 15 minutes of EMH to beat the crowds entering the parks.

I agree that early entry for DCA is amazing even with just a few minutes. That's still time to usually walk on TSMM or Screamin, get in line for a fast pass, etc. I have walked in with 10 minutes to go until regular park opening and still felt good about it.
