Thanks, everyone!!! Loving being the official mom of 5, and not having to clear things with the county first! I can pick up and take off ANYWHERE and don't have to ask permission!

Also, during the surrender the boys' mom and dad were afforded one visit a year in July and updated pics and information on each of the boys in December. They have to request it though, and if they fail to do that or fail to show for a scheduled visit, they lose the right to ANY more contact in any fashion. The deadline for requesting their visit was June 15th and they failed to do it.

As sad as this is it is a bit of a relief not to do the waiting game anymore, and I will do my best to make up for the raw deal they got with their bio parents.

So I am actually officially freed on all accounts for these boys. They are 100% mine

Back to the Disney Planning!​

Now that our lives have evened out a bit, I am ready to get this trip started! Elsa and I have been doing a little bit of shopping in preparation for our excursion. I've decided to wear dresses only this trip, and I was excited to find some cute ones! I usually wear khaki skorts and tops, always paired with a camisole, which is ok for where we live, but FL is decidedly hotter than here. Taking away my pockets was a cause for concern at first, but I think we have worked it out!

I got a waterproof pouch for my iPhone and that will hang on my lanyard along with the little plastic pouch for our Keys to the Kingdom and my money. That just leaves the camera, which Michael has agreed to carry! I hope I don't regret not carrying a bag, but being cooler in my dresses may over ride any inconvenience being bag-less would create!

I also picked up some essentials:

I've decided to be ready for any sickness we might encounter this time.

Fun Find!​

While I was shopping for all my dresses I found this super fun T for Michael to wear at Hollywood Studios. He loves it!

When he showed it to his friend he responded with: "But I'll shave it for later". Hahahahahaha

I've been prepping my kids that we DON'T have the dining plan this time, and that Mama isn't shelling out the big bucks for tons of treats and desserts and the like. We've also worked out a plan to end up at POP for dinner to share a pizza three of the nights we are there, so that will save a little bit of money. My parents DID purchase the dining plan, and Michael is trying to figure out how to get them to give him his snack credits. I told him it doesn't work like that. My dad is the type that has every penny in his life accounted for and I NEVER thought he would purchase the dining plan, but after last years trip, where he first experienced free dining, he was sold!

I ran lots of numbers, but because we purchased our park tickets through YES, we aren't eligible to buy free dining We would have to buy 2 park tickets for each of us to have the honor of buying the dining plan...and that aint happening!

I can't imagine going bagless, maybe someday! I can't even do that at Busch Gardens and we have season passes there so only go for a couple of hours at a time! Of course, I always bring the 2 soda cups and popcorn bucket (pay when you get them and get 99 cent refills the rest of the season.)

Not available near me or my parents so I ordered online. Ended up also getting this Where's my Water Tee for my 6 year old and this Darth Vader Tee for my 10 yr old.

After thinking about it, I guess technically I could go bagless as long as one of the kids is wearing the backpack!

Happy that the hotels now have free WiFi We had an unexpected expense on our first day of vacation today. I have a DSLR that we do not lug around Disney and a Cannon Powershot that we pull out for our Disney trips. Got it all charged up and off we went to the airport. When I started taking pictures I was sooo disappointed. Something is wrong with the camera and everything is turning out blurry. So I did what I never do. I bought a new camera in the airport and paid DOUBLE what it was worth, but that's ok, cause the pics are very important to me and we are at DISNEY!!!

So excited for the parks in the morning!
