If we check in on march 3, is my 180 ADR day this Monday?

You have to count 180 days, not just "6 months" some months have 30 or 31 days ( or Feb 28)

You guys are the best, thank you! I feel silly asking...some people count the day you're on today AND the day you arrive. I start counting tomorrow - arrival.

We check in on Feb 24 and our 180 was Monday if that helps..
