I am VERY sorry, but I guess there won't be any updates this weekend. I am still trying to get everything organized for our trip to Italy the day after tomorrow.

We will leave at 4am on Friday (National Holiday here) and the drive should be around 5,5 to 6 hours. The weather isn't looking all that good, but who cares, we will be on vacation.

Sarabeth’s looks really good. Tom’s eggs would definitely be my choice, although I would be just about as happy with yours! YUM!!!!

Okay, that’s it. I MUST have some key lime pie on a stick someday! Does it have the pie crust or just the filling? (I know, weird question, but I can’t eat gluten, so trying to figure out how hard it would be to eat! )

That calamari looks incredible! I have never seen it served with tzatziki, but that is one of my favorite condiments, so I bet I would love it. YUM!

We are back!

Last weekend we enjoyed our three day/long weekend Italy vacation, despite the not so grand weather. It was a bit on the colder side and very rainy, but we made the best of it.

Watching the Hurricane aiming for NYC was so scary, even on TV, how scary must it have been for all of you having to live through it.

Here in Niagara Falls we got off very lightly, alot of rain and some high winds, but we didn't loose power although some areas in the city did!! The stores were out of D batteries for days before the storm.We had lots of smaller flashlights that required smaller batteries so were all prepared .
