If the murse is wrong............link to trip report on last pg, post 520.

Actually, that’s not true. I could sleep through about anything right now.:rotfl: I just love that quote.

:rotfl2: It's like I have a twin! :rotfl:

Less than a week away--you'll all be celebrating Mom's Day in WDW!

Jenny: It sounds like you've got a busy week ahead of you, but you seem to have everything under control. :thumbsup2

Kirsteen: Hooray for ADRs! I hope everything works out for you and that you let us know all of the details!

I'm sick (but not w/swine flu) and bemoaning the fact that I still have 20 days until my trip--that's too long!

:hug:Aww Macushla, hope you feel better soon...20 days is REALLY CLOSE, it'll be here in the blink of an eye:goodvibes

Okay, now you did ask for details so hold on to your knickers and here we go.

Tue 04Aug WCC Dinner
Wed 05Aug is our neices 4th birthday, CRT breakfast then BBB and MK day
Thu 06Aug Crystal Palace Dinner
Fri 07Aug 50's Prime Time Dinner
Sat 08Aug Ohana's Dinner with Donny's Dbro & family
Sun 09Aug Akershaus Dinner

Tue 11Aug 1900 Park Fare Dinner
Wed 12Aug HDDR

I still have to book Biergarten for dinner for Thu 13Aug, Raglan Road for dinner for Fri 14Aug and for our last day :sad2: we're having breakfast at CMC hopefully. There are no park hours out for August yet so I'm letting go of my inner pirate: and just going with the flow (as much as I can;):lmao:)

What do you guys think, any glaring no-no's???

:yay:WOW you're doing so well toots, right on track. Jenna, what is that man of yours doing asking you to go into work when you're so close to a Disney trip and so many MORE IMPORTANT things to do;):lmao:. I'm so excited for you guys:cheer2:...how sad does that make me:rolleyes1:rotfl2:

Yes I made my ADR's (after much farting about:headache:, but that's another story/rant) and only have three more that were out with my 10day window so I will phone back on Thu to book the last three and also book BBB. Now I need to do some brainpicking before Thu, we have an 08:20 ressie for CRT for breakfast for Donny's bro's family and ourselves, what time do you guys think we should book BBB for after the meal(this may be one for Guru Jo:worship:)?

I would book BBB for 10 am at the latest. :thumbsup2

Sick here too but only a sore throat. Chloe has bronchitis but the others seem to just have some mild symptoms. Keep your fingers crossed. I hope you get to feeling better! :flower3:

I think your ADRs looks great! Raglan Road is fabby. We really liked Tony's and 'Ohana. Haven't been to the others but WTG on scoring a dinner ADR for Le Cellier!!! :cool1: We need to take your luck to Vegas!!! I know I am in the minority but we thought Chef Mickey's was horrible. :scared: Bad food and dirty dirty. The character interaction was good though. We did dinner though but have read that breakfast is better. We'll be trying CP for the first time so I will let you know. 50's looks like a total blast too! Good job!!! pixiedust:

What was the dining drama?

Looks great! I loved the food at CP--DH didn't, but I thought it was some of the best I've had on property--but it is LOUD!!!! I cannot stress how loud it is. Take some Tylenol before you go.
50s Prime Time is great--but the mashed potatoes taste like glue.
I really like 1900 PF (even though I was there for breakfast). It was a much more subdued character meal than CP. We loved the music and the atmosphere of Biergarten. I liked the food, too.

What was the dining drama?

09:45-10:00 was what I was thinking of too:thumbsup2

SO happy about Le Cellier and pretty shocked. We're doing CM for breakfast because they do such early sitting and with the time change from the UK we're always up at crack of sparrows. Also Niamh is peeing her pants with excitement about seeing the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse gang so it'll get the "When am I going to hug Mickey question out of the way?";).

The dining drama wasn't actually that bad, probably just me being dramatic and some irritation with the lack of park hours from Disney LOL. Firstly I phoned a day early so was rather irritated with myself. Phoned on the Monday as soon as they opened with all my paperwork, cc, etc and got straight through:woohoo:, gave the agent my reservation number and she couldn't find it, gave her name, address, postal code, blood group, inside leg measurement etc. and she still couldn't find the booking:scared:. I was really starting to sweat because we booked through DisneyUK and had also PAID IN FULL so why couldn't she find the reservation. The agent was pretty irritated and kept telling me to phone my agent. We phone Disney UK who said that it's a different reservation number in the UK than it is in Orlando (WTH is that all about when I worked for BA it didn't matter where you went in the world your reservation number stayed the same). We phoned back Disney Orlando (very expensive business this international phoning:headache:!!!) and yes 30min wait time, phoned back a couple more times and it was 30mins then 15mins wait time. We went out to go swimming and when we came back an 2hours later I got straight through to the lovely Sandra who, though she was pretty ill sounding, made all my reservations and restored my faith in Disney CM's. My apologies for a very long boring story but you did ask ;):rotfl:

Thanks, we've been to CP twice already (and we live with Niamh;)) so we don't really mind the noise. Thanks for the heads up on the mashed potatoes, duely noted:thumbsup2. Biergarten is one of Donny's choices but I think it looks cool too so I'm glad you enjoyed it

 Hi bevily. Hope you are feeling better! :goodvibes

I think biergarten looks like SO much fun! It was there or Rose and Crown. I hope Rose has mushy peas. :cloud9:

:cool1: You have the best smileys!!!!!

I need a breakfast place in DTD or one of the hotels. Does not have to be on the DDP but does have to serve Bloody Marys. Ideas?????? :surfweb:

I personally have always wanted to do a HoB Sunday Brunch.... they have Bloody Mary's! And it looks fun.

I have too--I've heard good things about them. And don't they have the music and stuff in addition to the food, Bloody Marys, and whatnots?

Hi Bev! They do! Well, according to Allears anyway!

Ooooo, I didn't even think HoB! :thumbsup2
Looks like I need to make a trip to Allears! Does HoB take ADRs? :confused3
I know very little about it actually, just that I thought it sounded fun! Apparently, Keith does NOT. lol

 I am kinda thinking Boma for breakfast. Good coffee and I will be staying at the AKV so less travel time for me. I am meeting some girls I work with via the phone. I have talked to them 100s of times and we are planning to meet up. Our itin has us sleeping in that morning so that would be perfect. They can sleep in and I'll be back by 11ish. On hold with Disney Dining right now. :hyper:

Hey all! Sorry I've been missing. Very busy around here. Although you are probably extremely busy as well, what with four days left and all.

Are you ready yet??? Has it sunk in that before the end of the week you will be seeing Mickey? :mickeyjum

:rotfl2: I am not getting K's emails today so I wouldn't know. :rolleyes1 :rotfl:
Lol! You aren't being left out, he hasn't responded once to that whole email string. I think we have officially Disney-talked him out!

:faint: Life is never too busy to DIS. ;) I am to the not sleeping anymore point! :hyper2:

:thumbsup2 But now I think I want to change. :upsidedow Brenda here on the DIS suggested Grand Floridian Cafe and she's a foodie so I might change. I will call in the morning. I did score an 8:30 for 6 people at Boma. The entire morning was open which tells me a) Boma sucks and/or b) we are not going to be seeing 8-9 crowd levels.

I was thinking Kona too. :thumbsup2 And they are supposed to have amazing coffee!

they DO have amazing coffee (pressed pot) and tonga toast is always a plus too.

good call. they do take ADRs - we were supposed to eat there for lunch once but their fryers were broken that day (and i wanted fried artichoke hearts!) and we ended up at WPE instead.

i've eaten dinner at boma and it ROCKED but i'm not sure about breakfast. i'm hoping B is the correct reasoning.
