If the murse is wrong............link to trip report on last pg, post 520.

Hey everybody. Sorry I've been missing. I've actually been stuck in bed with something nasty. My DW forbid me from using her laptop so that I wouldn't get her sick too.

Um... HATE THE MALL?!?!?!?!??!

OOOOH a vampire would be devine:lovestruc...but no he's dressing up as a hippie as are the rest of us. My theme is now Summer of Love:hippie: have done the invites, planning the decorations and food...yes it is just over 2months away but you know me, all about the planning:rolleyes1
That sounds like so much fun!!! How come no one around here ever throws fun theme parties???

You'll just have to hop on a flight and come over to Scotland for mine:hippie:

That won't work cause it is just me I am packing for this trip. Kids are staying with grandma cause they already missed a week for Disney in October. Which is kind of nice since Keith and I haven't had any time in the parks to ourselves for over a year and we always have the best time!

That is going to be wonderful, just the two of you very romantic:lovestruc....and Jenny and Jenna and Michael and Nate and the six kiddlywinks ;):rotfl:

Me too! Bad boys have gotten me into more than a bit of trouble over the years, I tell you! I have reformed in my adulthood, but still, a sexy vampire? I can't resist!

Sexy vampires:love:....I heart sexy vampires:lovestruc

It's gonna be NO fun, I can tell already. Last year, we got two new neighbour girls. They knocked on my door NON STOP. They left things on the doorstep. They would yell about how they wanted to marry him from outside. I had to patiently explain to my 16 year old that she wasn't allowed to beat up little girls cause she was annoyed beyond belief! Thankfully, one of them moved away and apparently 10 year old girls aren't as brave once you have them on their own!

Sounds like an absolute joy :headache:...are you sure that one of them moved away or did Morgan disappear her:rolleyes1

I truly hate the mall! :scared: I would rather shop from home in my pjs or burn time at work than get dolled up to go to the mall. ;)

I know what you're saying, I'm going to have a shopping spree a couple of weeks before our trip as by then I will of course be a size 0 ;):rotfl: and the prospect is not filling me with joy:eek:

But you can't try anything on!!! lol. I NEVER get dolled up for the mall. It's all about practicality! Stuff you can slip on and off easily etc. M and I love the rare times we can get to the mall sans boys!

I hate trying stuff on even more than the mall itself. Shoot me!

:goodvibes Oh no. Feel better!!!! :flower3:

;) A size zero would be WAY too small. You can't have ****s and be a zero! :upsidedow

Just did a little shopping at the Children's Place online. I got so much stuff for $80 with shipping for the kids. :thumbsup2 The girls each got: 2 pairs of shorts, a skort, and 2 shirts and Joshua got 2 pairs of shorts and 2 tshirts! :woohoo:

Yeh, apart from the fact that a size zero is NEVER going to happen, I told Donny the other night that I've decided my target is to look like Eva Mendez. Needless to say he said he'd support me all the way;):lmao:

Great deal on the kids clothes:thumbsup2, gotta luv those bargins:woohoo:

Thanks. I went back to work today, but that snowstorm last weekend, and the temperatures that came along with it, did a number on me.

I don't know. DW is a size 0/2 with 36D. Of course she's also 5'1" (and we haven't had kids yet.)

Get well soon:hug::goodvibes
Thanks Kirsteen. My nose is still stuffed up and my throat still hurts, but at least I could leave the house today.

Good luck on that. I'm trying to go from 256 lbs (my weight in November) to 205 lbs (and a size 34) by October. Being sick helped me drop a couple pounds, I'm now down to 230.

I was a size 2 before marriage and kids but I think it's far too unrealistic after having babies.

Just got an email from The Children's Place for 40% off. :faint: I used a 15% off coupon so I am on hold seeing if they will credit me the difference. :hyper:

Hi everyone!
I can't believe your trip is so close! I need to catch up on the last few pages.
We didn't end up joining the fam for a WDW trip this summer, but we are going to DL at the end of May--I'm looking forward to it.

I'm not going to ask any questions about the trip until I go back and read all of the posts, but I hope that planning is going well for everyone.

Disneyland. :cloud9: Oh how I miss it. Have fun. Gimme the details.....popcorn::

:thumbsup2 Other than my severe lack of packing :faint: everything is peachy. Paid the POR portion, tickets paid for, paid Jenna grocery $$, flights paid for, and now we just have the DDP, food, tips, booze, and souvies left. :rotfl2:

Uh-oh... now you've got me wondering! The one who didn't move came over last night to play Wii with the boys. She is hilarious. Spence blurts out something about her having a crush on Lucas and I say, "how do YOU know she still has a crush on him?" (trying to give her an out cause she is sitting right there). Luke says, "cause she told me". She just smiles and nods! I remember being much more shy as a little girl!

26 pounds? That is AWESOME!

Hi Bev! I can't believe I'll miss you in DL by just a couple of weeks!

Disneyland. :cloud9: Oh how I miss it. Have fun. Gimme the details.....popcorn::

I'm excited--we're going for 5 nights, staying off property, and mostly just hanging out in the parks. We're going with my parents, my sister, and her two girls. It should be a good time.

Sounds great! It sounds like Jenna has done a great job with all of the grocery planning. :thumbsup2

Hi Bev! I can't believe I'll miss you in DL by just a couple of weeks!

I know :sad1: We're still planning on being Seattle in the fall if you want to meet somewhere.

::yes:: Totally! :hyper2: 16 days is nothing! :faint: I have to have to have to start packing.
You can do it! :cheer2: (When you're done, will you come and pack for me? I'm lucky if I'm packed by the night before.)

OMG Jenny a size 2 :faint: That's a UK 6 and is tiny, Jessica is already bigger than that :rotfl:

::yes:: Size 2 is super tiny. That's one good thing about always being a plus-sized lady is that I'm about the same (but a little more) than my pre-baby weight.

I'm waiting until I'm 80 to get in the best shape of my life--that way, I have something to look forward to! :goodvibes

Where are you staying? The HoJo is my favorite off property hotel. Sounds like fun! Disneyland take so much less time to plan.

::yes:: She has done awesome! :thumbsup2

I have a small frame, or used to anyway. I can however proudly say that I am comfortably back in a size 6. :woohoo:

:lmao: 80 is a great plan!!! :rotfl:

That is so great! I would love to drop 25 lbs but I need to exercise more and not eat so much!

:lmao: 80 is a great plan!!! :rotfl:

I like this idea too!:thumbsup2
