If Soarin didn't exist...

Would you do Living with the Land if Soarin didn't exist?

  • Yes - LwtL is a fun attraction in its own right

  • Yes - but not every visit

  • No - I wouldn't do this even while waiting for Soarin

  • No - I didn't even realize there was another attraction in that building

Would anybody ride Living with the Land? Discuss.... :surfweb:

I would go to eat at Sunshine Seasons and if the line to the Land was not horrendous, then I would go on it. This is what we did before Soarin came around anyways.

I answered Yes..It is a great attraction...In fact before Soarin was even there I loved the Land pavilion.the boat ride, Food rocks( and Kitchen Kabaret)..

Snorin's only been there since 2005 anyway. The Land has been there much longer than that, and LWTL is the legacy star attraction in The Land.

YES. Living with the Land is a must do for me if I'm at that pavillion, but Soarin' is not. I love it, I love the greenhouses, and I love the Behind the Seeds tour.

YES! I love Living with the Land! A bunch of my family is in the farming and produce business, and I don't know... I just find it really interesting! :thumbsup2

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but let me ask this question..... How many people actually do "The Circle Of Life" attraction????

Love LWTL, must do on every trip. Also love the Garden Grill and the rotation through the attraction and have done behind the seeds tour.

If Soarin' wasn't there and you still had to sit through the Kitchen Cabaret, would you? :sad2:

Of course! I remember when Living with the Land had a looong line all the time. Now you don't see long lines there so much. That was BEFORE Soarin' came along.

My family actually skips Soarin' (please don't hate me!) and only ride Living with the Land. I've done Circle of Life a time or two but it's not a must do.

I do, and my DSis, nearly every time we're in the land pavillion!:goodvibes

i love living with the land, it got me really interested in aquaponics, i really want to set up a small garden in the basement, and work on my own techniques, then maybe one day i could have a big ol indoor garden(a small out door one too) and live on my own crops :)

I'm one of those weird ones that would. I'm 22 years old and I like Living with the Land. I don't need to go on it every time but I do like to experience it every once in a while.

LWTL used to have fast pass so obviously people rode it at one time. I think people would continue to ride it because it has no height restriction. That said, if that side of the park lost soarin there would be no reason to go there for a lot of people as it would be the nemo ride, LWTL, and journey into imagination all of which are extremely sparsely attended so basically that side of the park would be dead.

Yes...we love Living with the Land because it is one of the last few pieces of Classic Epcot. I always love looking at those quotes on the wall in the line and trying to figure out how old those kids must be by now! :)

Also, I've never been on Circle of Life, but we use it when we are doing rider swap for Soarin...older DD rides twice, and DH usually takes younger DD to Circle of Life to kill time while we ride Soarin the second time.
