If only Tinker Bell was related to the tooth fairy... (FINISHED 4/26)

The year... 1991...

Looking good! :thumbsup2

I think I was still in diapers in 1991... :confused3

Great picture!

So the plan of the day is to enjoy Future World until lunch... eat... then head back to CSR for some swim time. The evening would be spontaneous except for making sure we caught IllumiNations.
Ummm Hummmm....
So... like every other visitor at Epcot, we started making our way to The Land for our Soarin' fast passes.
Like a rat race...

As we were walking, my eyes were suddenly blinded by sunlight bouncing off of The Land pavilion. Thinking this would be a good shot to have, I stopped for a quick photo... and here it is:

that's nice!

Pretty cool, eh? Sometimes I wish I owned a better camera than a simple point-and-shoot. But the thought of lugging around all the extra equipment keeps me from going any further than just a thought. I've had good luck with the Sony so far.
I have a Cannon 50D and I think the same thing. I like having a smaller camera in the parks. Yea, I'd get better pictures with the cannon but I just snap away with my sony and not worry about it. I saw a guy in Epcot 2 weeks ago with a crazy camera setup... a 2 foot lens, tripod, camera bag, the whole works. He also wasn't with any kids. :rotfl2:

Besides, TT was actually working, so better go now! :lmao:
So true! That ride is down more than it is running.

Me to CM: "Excuse me, Miss. Is it possible that we can wait for the next flight so we can get a seat in row A?"
CM to Me: "Of course. Please step over here and wait for the next flight."
Me: <Ahhhh... more Disney magic>
DW to me: "I can't believe you just asked her to do this!"
Me to DW: "Never hurts to ask... hehe"
That's a veteren move right there! [EDIT: I see Mark thought the same thing! LOL]

So as I'm standing there with my family and while the CM is just standing around waiting for the next crowd of passengers it occurred to me that we were standing at an awesome spot for a photo. So I pull out the camera....

Lovely family!

Imagine a smilie of a person keeled over on the floor. That's me because I found an update. :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
:rotfl2::rotfl2:

So are you starting a TR from 1991 now? I'm just asking because the timing seems about right.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's awesome!

Don, you are simply amazing me with the output of updates this week -- 3 in 4 days (Marv and Tim....are you following along here?).

The pictures are beautiful; we really need to get there one year during the Flower show.

Maybe I should follow Don's lead.

  1. Start a TR
  2. Post an update
  3. Wait 2 months till the next update
  4. Wait 2 more months then post 4 updates in 3 days of all pictures!
:rotfl2::rotfl2: :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Hey, my TR is done! You can't yell at me anymore!!!!! Now if I can just finish all those responses I'd be all set! :lmao::lmao:

DON---- Love all the pictures from the flower gardens! They really came out beautifully! :flower1:

Juliana had a fun time getting the fairies 'autographs' with the crayon too. :goodvibes

Tim, true...very true (I won't yell at you until you start the March TR). And at least you visit my PTR unlike the holder of this TR!

Great pictures, Don! :thumbsup2

:thanks:

Wow... I'm becoming the "old" guy... hahaha!

Like a rat race...

::yes::

That's crazy. But I guess if you're looking for the perfect shot.... and no kids pulling on your sleeve... I'd do it, too! :thumbsup2

As long as it's Mark thinking it and not Barry we're ok here. We don't need nemesisisisis on the same page! :eek:

Lovely family!

:thanks:

I'm trying!! This is hard work! :lmao:

Thank you :) I like taking the pictures. And even then, I haven't been able to get pictures of ALL the topiaries in the park. They're everywhere! It's really amazing... the pictures don't do them justice.

:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2: There's only about another 400 pictures to get through... :rolleyes1

That little Sony camera still amazes me at the picture quality. And to think that camera is almost 5 years old!

How can a kid NOT have fun scribbling with crayons all over fairy stuff? :goodvibes

Tim, true...very true (I won't yell at you until you start the March TR). And at least you visit my PTR unlike the holder of this TR!

:guilty: I think my TR is a little easier to follow... :rotfl:

Visit your PTR? Don barely visits his own TR! :rotfl2::rotfl2: :rotfl2::rotfl2:

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Nice pictures, Don. We're going during the last week of April this year, so I'm going to keep your pictures handy to see how much they've changed from last year.
