If military and postcard rates are now out for 9/04

does that usually mean AP rates are soon to follow? Are the AP rates usually as good as the postcard rates for the value resorts? Or do you think that with the 7 for 5 deal, military discounts, and postcard discounts, there will be not enough rooms available to have them offer the AP discounts on the value resorts?
