Go In Sept? or Go the last week of Nov? Keep in mind...Weather...crowd levels...and Decor....Magical Beginnings....and uhmm I think thats it...I believe these are both Value seasons, How else do these two compare?? Why Choose one over the other?? Please Help!! :confused3 :scared: :confused3 So Many Decisions!!!

Although September is VERY hot I would still choose it. Crowds are light - you are guaranteed to get to enjoy the pool and you can pack for hot weather and not have to worry about any suprise cold spells. I just got back from 5 days in January and we have went in late Nov/early Dec several times and I HATED having to pack for both warm and cool weather. We had so much more luggage AND this last trip I still ended up buying a sweatshirt because I had only taken 3 and we only had one really nice day. The rest was CHILLY.

Sept. is hot and humid. Also higher chance of a hurricane. I would pick the end of Nov. Great weather, low crowds, X-Mas decorations and holiday events. We have gone in Nov many times and we have been very lucky with weather, no rain, warm enough to swim during the day and cool evenings. We do have a washer/dryer in the unit(DVC)so we can pack light. We still bring clothing for all types of weather but bring mostly capris and t shirts fro the girls and shorts and t's for the boys!

How important is swimming to you? If you like to swim and want to hit the waterparks, I'd go in September.

Even if I go in Sept, I really didnt plan on going to the water parks. :confused3
But Im wondering if the whole MVMCP will be an issue. Since being there for like 8 days will I need to attend more than once, and will it not help me, since the parks are more likely to close earlier due to the MVMCP?? Im not sure how that works. (never been):confused3 :scared: :confused3

Crowds should be way less in September. November looks like you are around thanksgiving? A very popular time of year. Weather is a factor, hurricanes much more likely in Sept. Beginning or end of the month? Towards the end is getting towards the end of hurricane season. With the extra parties at the Magic Kingdom you will still have choices of other parks to go to that will be open late. We have never seen it as an issue. We are also laid back vacationers.

If it were me I'd go the week after Thanksgiving. It's not very busy and they have all the Christmas decorations up. You also won't have to deal with the heat.

I'm with the majority...we're going the week after Thanksgiving as well. All the decorations plus the weather = 1000% PURE MAGIC!!

I would go in September. It is hot, but great for swimming, which kids love. And if you can go to Magical Beginnings, well, it really is magical. We went in 06 and it was awesome. Fantasyland was full of characters...they were everywhere, playing with children, riding the rides with them. And it was not crowded at all. We played follow the leader w/Mickey, ball w/Minnie and Daisy, rode the carousel with Goofy, Stitch, rode Dumbo w/Stitch, saw Tigger and Pooh playing, saw Captain, Peter Pan and Wendy playing hide n seek, saw Snow White and Dopey posing for pics, and Alice and the Mad Hatter skipping around Pooh's playground. We found the crowds really light at this time.

I would go the end of November, you'll have holiday decorations, less chance of rain...

I am still voting for Sept....do the times for Magical Beginnings and MNSSHP coincide? That would be a lot of fun! I thought I read that MB went into late Sept/Oct.
