Pre-pandemic, I believe that was available, but they aren't doing that now due to be so short staffed and having extra cleaning measures between occupants.

You can make that request through housekeeping once you are there but don't count on it happening. The housekeeping staff is stretched pretty thin and even hotel rooms are not being serviced daily like they were pre-COVID.

Housekeeping usually comes in every day to get your trash. If you need extra towels, coffee, blankets, etc you can call housekeeping and they’ll bring them. You don’t have to be a member for them to do that.

If you are staying on points, then no. They removed that option awhile ago.

This brings up another question for me, so if my stay is only 4 nights, they wont clean or replenish our room at all? Or replenish it on the day b4 checkout?

Your room will not be cleaned by mousekeeping during a 4-night stay. DVC is a timeshare. Guests should assume the responsibility of making their own beds and keeping their villa reasonably clean while staying. You do not get a full cleaning if you are staying less than 8 nights. Trash should be removed daily as a part of Disney's security check.

Towel Service - which includes replacing towels and removing the used ones, replenishing coffee service and laundry detergent and refilling the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers if need be - is done on Day #4 of your stay. Your arrival day is Day #1. So for a 4-night stay towel service is on your last full day. However, you can request clean towels before then (they won't enter your room and take the used towels, a mouse keeper will just deliver the clean ones to your door). And if you need more detergent or dish soap just ask a mouse keeper when you see one in the hall. Most don't mind giving you extra.

you can ask...we were just there in December at CCV for 4 nights (Thursday-Checkout Monday) and on Saturday we came back to all new towels and a restock. We didn't ask, and weren't expecting it, but it did happen.

We have had it happen at BWV in the past also.
