If I pay OOP can my son who is 11 eat off kids menu ??

We are on the DDp but we will be paying out of pocket for 1 meal I am not sure if it will be CP or CRT . Can my son be considered a child when we pay OOP or do I need to count him as a adult still ??

If they ask if I am on the plan should I tell them no because I am paying OOP for that meal???

If it is a buffet, he will be charged the adult price; otherwise, he can order off the kid's menu and you can just tell the server you are paying out of pocket for his meal.
