I would pick Seven Dwarves, space and Peter Pan for FP. Get to the park before it opens and do big thunder, Splash, pirates, jungle cruise, haunted mansion then hit fantasyland, tomorrowland and the rest!

Since this person has never been and doesn't understand park strategy, my recommendation is to fastpass Pirates, Haunted Mansion, and one of the mountains.
