Shula's or Flying Fish. The FF only has one steak on the menu but it is great....puts Yachtsman and LeCellier to shame! People just don't think about FF for a piece of beef....but they should.

Sorry about that, PennieGirl - yes, I meant if I can't get a reservation at Le Cellier. And don't think I haven't been trying! Two or three or four times a day...

I did not like the steak at the Flying Fish because it was blackened. To me, it was more charred than blackened and I actually became sick. Now, DH really likes it. I prefer YS if you could not get into LeCellier.

If all else fails, you can get a ribeye at Pepper Market for 1 CS credit. It's not a steakhouse experience like you'd have at some of the TS restaurants but I liked the ribeye just fine, and of course you can't beat the price if you're on DDP.
