If I cant check in online today....

I just have to check in at the airport tomorrow right? Go to the counter...thats it...no repurcussions at all for not checking in online?

Thanks.....cant check in to Jetblue online for some reason and cant remember if there is really any difference in online or onsite check in.

You do not have to check in online. The advantage is if you want to try and change seat and being able to go directly to security line, unless checking bag then you go to counter anyway.

Just make sure you have your reservation code handy, go to a kiosk for your boarding pass(es), drop off any checked bags at the counter, and you're off to security. Pretty easy.
