I have ownership in SSR with April use year. If I add BLT with April use year can I book both SSR and BLT at the 11 month mark?

Not with all of the points at either resort. You can only use SSR points at 11 months at SSR, and BLT points at BLT at 11 months. You can bank and borrow, so at any given time, you may have 3 times your annual allottment to use, but only at 7 months can they be combined.
